SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please feel free to contact us.

Please note: if your order is a bespoke item or a preorder, it may take at least 2 weeks to create before shipping times are added.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
 

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us on the day it arrives. Just send a text or message with a photo of the damage, and we’ll gladly offer you a full refund (including postage and packaging) or send a replacement at no extra cost.


Please note that we’re only able to take responsibility for damage reported on the delivery date, as we can’t confirm if it happened during shipping after that time.

If you simply change your mind or the item isn’t quite right, that’s okay too. We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days, as long as the item is returned in its original, unused condition. In this case, we kindly ask that you cover the return postage and packaging costs.
