Kiln Space Hire
Kiln Firing Service — I’m pleased to offer kiln space for fellow makers who’d like to have their pieces fired.Before booking, I kindly ask that you provide details of the clay body and glazes you’ve used — this helps keep the kiln safe for everyone’s work. Please do keep in mind that, as with all ceramics, there is always a small risk of damage during firing. This can sometimes happen due to how a piece has been built, the materials used, or glaze reactions in the heat. While I handle every firing with care, I’m not able to take responsibility for any damage related to these factors.

Corporate Team Building or Party Pottery Session – Glazing Experience
Bring your team/friends together for a creative and engaging pottery glazing session! Designed for min 4 participants, this hands-on workshop takes place at your chosen venue within 20 miles of Southampton, with the client providing the space for the session.
Each team member will select a pre-fired bisque ware piece and explore their artistic side through glazing, guided by an experienced instructor. Participants will learn various techniques and create a unique, personalized ceramic piece. Once the session is complete, all items will be professionally fired and delivered to your company/organiser as a group delivery.
This session is a perfect way to encourage teamwork, relaxation, and creativity in a fun and informal setting. No prior experience is needed—just enthusiasm and a willingness to experiment with color and design!

In addition to our pottery for sale, we offer relaxed, hands-on sessions including pottery tasters, ceramic button making, and bisque ware painting. Whether you're looking for a peaceful one-to-one experience or a fun session for two, we’ve got you covered.
We also bring the creativity to you – offering mobile pottery workshops for businesses looking to host team building days on their own premises (up to 10 people). It’s a great way to inspire collaboration, mindfulness, and creativity in a professional setting.
We also offer kiln space hire for local potters and creatives who need firing space — giving you the freedom to bring your own ceramic projects to life.
Pink Pots is fully insured with public liability cover, so you can take part with complete peace of mind.

Hello, I’m the artist behind Pink Pots – a friendly, caring, and creative potter with a deep love for clay and all the joy it brings. With over nine years of experience, I work from my peaceful garden studio, where each piece is thoughtfully handmade, with care and character.
Pink Pots is not just about ceramics – it’s about sharing the magic of making. Whether you're joining me for a calm 1:1 taster session, getting creative with a friend, or inviting me to run a corporate team building workshop at your workplace, I aim to create a relaxed and inspiring experience for everyone.

Clay Workshop Experience
Beginner Pottery Workshop – Handbuilding & Wheel Throwing
Join me in my peaceful garden studio for a hands-on pottery experience! This beginner-friendly workshop offers a choice between hand building and wheel throwing, with personalized 1:1 or 1:2 sessions. Whether you're exploring clay for the first time or refining your skills, you'll receive guided instruction in a relaxed and inspiring environment.

💰 Price: £45 per person or two for £80
🔥 After the workshop, you can select your favorite piece to be bisque-fired. Once it's ready, you can either collect it or have it delivered. If you'd like to add color and a glazed finish, you can book a separate glazing session, at a lower price than advertised on the website. After the final firing, your finished piece will either be delivered to you, or you can collect it from the studio.

Ceramic Glazing experience
Unleash your creativity in our ceramic painting session. Choose from a variety of pre-made pieces to paint and decorate with your own designs using our wide range of glazes. Ideal for beginners. Includes, firing of item decorated. Once ready this can be collected or posted. (client pays postage)

Pottery Short Course
Develop your pottery skills through this hands-on short course. Learn the basics of wheel throwing to create a mug or small bowl, or explore a range of handbuilding techniques.
Enjoy one-to-one sessions designed to build your confidence and understanding of working with clay. You’ll also be introduced to glazing techniques, using commercial glazes to decorate your pieces, and learn how to load and fire work in the kiln.
Perfect for beginners or those looking to deepen their knowledge in a supportive and creative environment.

Introduction to working with clay

Start making your piece using handbuilding or wheel throwing

Continue crafting and refining your work
Finish and prepare your piece for bisque firing
Your piece will be bisque fired before the final session.

Learn glazing techniques and how to use commercial glazes
Tuition on kiln loading and understanding the firing process
Glaze your piece ready for its final firing

Ceramic Basics -10 week course
Learn the Fundamentals of Clay & Glazing
Join us for a relaxed, hands-on pottery course spread over ten 2.5-hour sessions. On your first visit, you’ll choose the session dates and times that suit you. Over the course, you’ll gain confidence and skills in working with clay — from hand building and wheel throwing to glazing your pieces for a beautiful finish.
Each session is tailored to your pace and needs, with a maximum of 2 participants per session, ensuring you receive plenty of 1:1 guidance and personal attention. Our peaceful garden studio provides a calming and creative environment to let your imagination and skills flourish.
Book your first session today and together we’ll plan the next nine sessions at a time that works best for you! Pay a £60 deposit online and the rest in person. The 10 sessions must be taken within 90 days from booking the first session.
Any fired pieces will have a small extra fee, dependent of weight of the piece fire and glazed used.

Personalised Baby Hand & Footprint Keepsakes
Come along to the garden studio for a gentle, one-hour session where we’ll capture your baby’s tiny hand and foot impressions in clay. Together we’ll press them into a heart-shaped piece, creating a keepsake to treasure for years to come.
Once finished, your piece will be fired and glazed, ready for collection once finished.
You can also choose to have your baby’s name and age written on the heart before it’s fired.
A lovely way to mark those early days — and a beautiful, heartfelt gift for family or friends.
