Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointments and give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to postpone. Without notice, we won’t be able to reschedule and your time may be lost — thank you for understanding! All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Your fired piece will be ready for you within 2 weeks we kindly ask you to collect within 2 weeks of firing. If not collected in time period we cannot guarantee we can keep it for longer due to limited space.
