Cancellation Policy
Please book your first session to get started — we’ll then arrange dates and times for the remaining 2 sessions together on your first day. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointments and give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Without notice, we won’t be able to reschedule and your time may be lost — thank you for understanding! Your 3 sessions are valid for 60 days from the date of your first booking. Extensions beyond this period will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
