Pottery, Creativity, and New Friendships

Last night in the studio was a beautiful reminder of why I love running these workshops. One student returned to glaze her very first pot, while two others worked side by side for the first time. It’s always amazing to see how quickly clay brings people together — Nour, a regular at my sessions, loved the company, and our new potter handbuilt a large plant pot on her very first try!

She did so well that she’s signed up for ten lessons, and both she and Nour have already booked in for next Monday. I have a feeling this could be the start of not just a pottery journey, but also a new friendship.

If you’d like to experience the joy of creating with clay — whether handbuilding or trying your hand at the wheel — I’d love to welcome you to my garden studio. Sessions are small and personal, giving you plenty of time and guidance to create something unique. I also offer flexible booking and payment options to make it easier for you to fit pottery into your life.

Come along, make something special, and maybe even a new friend.
